What to Expect for All Classes: -60 Minute Class with Full Body Workout specifically Programmed & Designed by our Trainers for a specific format now known as "Triple Threat" to be effective & time efficient -NO SCHEDULING RESTRICTIONS with Memberships through June 14 -Late Cancel/No Show Fees will resume starting June 1 -Group warmup in the entry way/punch mat with shoes on. Each person on their designated X spot. Instructor will explain the workout of the day for each of the 3 classrooms (Burn, Tread, Punch Mat) -Groups of no more than 6 will be divided among rooms (# of rooms used will depend on class size) -Spend approx. 15 minutes working out in each room (Burn, Tread, Mat).
