Supplement (noun): something that completes or enhances something else when added to it.

You guys know that I am BIG on the importance of nutrition as it relates to health, performance, and body composition. [If you are not dialed into a proper whole-foods, minimally processed based nutrition plan, then you need to schedule an appointment with me to discuss.]

However, the subsequent (and VERY important) step is to get on a proper supplementation plan that FITS YOUR GOALS.
