I never go to gyms because I can never find the motivation to work out. This gym gives me all the motivation I need. The staff and trainers are amazing and so friendly. They push me to exceed my limits and I love it.
I definitely recommend this place and I can't wait for my next workout!

Heart Rate Monitoring
Heart rate monitors and wearable technology help each participant train at the right intensity based on their body metrics to maintain a personalized target heart rate zone. Resulting in increasing blood circulation, speed up the caloric burn and will stimulate more energy. The real-time results are displayed during your kickboxing experience to keep your intensity level at its desired and proper peek level.
As our members learn kicking, punching and other challenging moves or even how to do a series of push-ups you’ll smile and feel incredibly happy about the person you’re becoming. Therefore our coaches love to teach and seeing these traits develops in their clients.

You will be under the guidance of a trainer every step of the way. Not one to usually write reviews but this place has blown me away. Intense workout crammed in 45 minutes. You get in, sweat and get out!
Not to mention the staff and trainers are outta this world. They are always there to help with techniques and exercises and they are just awesome. Plus they can tailor the workouts if you're looking for something a little more extreme (you know who you are. Don't deny it!)
Me and my wife have started seeing results even one month in. It's such a great workout and an amazing atmosphere that I actually look forward to it every time, whereas going to the gym felt almost like a chore at times.
So glad we came across this place and by accident to boot!
