Every challenge activity, from wearing your heart rate monitor, tracking your body scale readings & nutrition to attending challenge events earns POINTS FOR YOU & YOUR TEAM!
At the end of the challenge all participants' points will be counted toward a charitable donation (the winning team chooses the charity). There are also Individual prizes for the most weight lost, biggest drop in body fat, and most individual points earned!
