We have some thrilling news to share regarding the upcoming 28-day challenge! We are adjusting the kick-off race to provide you with an enhanced experience and ample preparation time.

 

Here are the key updates:

 

  • Kick Off Race: Moved to Friday, 9/29, allowing you an extra week to prepare and gear up for an amazing start to the challenge.

 

  • Official Team Challenge Start: Monday, 10/2, giving you more time to get ready, familiarize yourself with the app, and earn points and donations for charity.

 

  • Rewards for healthy behaviors: Remember to take pictures of your meals, wear your heart rate monitors, and perform body composition readings to earn challenge prep points that will count toward total donation.

 

  • Training and Practice: Alana trainers are introducing NEW challenge race stations this year! You'll have the chance to practice the race at the club starting 9/26!
