Cores and Drills

Do you like group classes? We offer 30 minute small group(10) people. In this class you can expect to burn those calories by doing various movements and keeping your heart rate up!
Yoga

We offer yoga once a week every Sat at 10 am. It's a great way to keep those muscles strong and stretched.
Private Training

Do you like to move fast? 30 minute sessions are great for those who can maximize their time by doing circuit training or you can go for a full hour. Less rest and more burning!
