My name is Karolina. I got into fitness when I was a smoker and heavy partier. At that time I decided that I wanted to change my life for the better. I was always that "I just wanna tone up" kinda girl, who thought being “skinny” would make me happy. Then I discovered there is so much more to the gym than mindless hours on treadmills. I realized that weights are not my enemy and working with weights actually gives me that "toned up"look I was looking for. I beacme a personal trainer to help people to achieve thier fitness goals. I learned the hard way that you can't out-train bad diet which encouraged me to pursue a certification in nutrition. I have run two half- marathons, have trained for years in MMA which I credit for my boost in confidence and my strength training regime allowed me to finally get that "toned up" look and made me both physically and mentally stronger. |
