Are you ready to get the down low on your down low? Join us on April 27th from 6-7:30 pm at our safe private women’s only health club for a workshop on Pelvic Floor Health. 

Your pelvic floor is the base of your core and its function affects your entire body. When it comes to accessing and understanding your pelvic floor there is such limited information available other than Kegels! At this workshop we will learn simple effective movements to access and train our pelvic floor and we will discuss why Kegels are NOT always the answer and how, if misunderstood, can often exacerbate the situation.
