What to expect

  • You will begin with a warm-up
  • An assessment to find any muscular imbalances or past injuries that should be addressed
  • A full-body, multi-joint exercise program you can do with little or no machines to improve on those weaknesses

  • Anywhere Fitness Youth Training is the perfect introduction to strength, balance, plyometric, and aerobic training. Whether your child wants to increase sport performance, put on some muscle, or just learn how to operate equipment/weights, this is the perfect youth program for your child.
  • Youth classes consist of 2 age ranges: 6-11 and 12-17. The younger age group will focus on general movement, balance, aerobic, and cardio exercises. The older age group will work more with weights and machines but will perform all exercise categories.

Anywhere Fitness is a unique studio located in the Edison Park neighborhood of Chicago, IL. Many of our members live in the Chicagoland area including locations like Park Ridge, Glenview, Niles, and other surrounding Chicago suburbs. We also cater to national and international clients by extending personal training through our vetted international network of personal trainers to provide in-person or virtual personal training anywhere in the world!

Boutique Fitness Studio - Compared to traditional fitness chains, the boutique studio experience is much more intimate and goes much deeper. The main difference compared to traditional gyms is that boutique gyms usually focus on specific areas of fitness with unique client attention.  Boutique gyms also tend to be more exclusive and community-oriented.

Outdoor space - Anywhere Fitness has an outdoor space and trainers who are ready to bring your fitness experience indoors, outdoors, and anywhere your goals require.   Classes often take place in all areas of the Anywhere Fitness studio we also encourage our clients to get out as much as possible and extend their success in the gym to the local community.  A powerwalk, run, or bike ride is a great way to supplement your gym time.

Amazing Staff & Equipment - Cardio equipment, free weights, exercise accessories, and exercise machines are available to all of our clients!  come on in and take a tour of our studio. You’ll get expert advice on how to utilize the equipment and resources available to you!
