Barre3 is my new workout go to. I do the usual gym membership but took a barre class while traveling and told myself I would try something new. So far, I've had Ally as an instructor and she is easy to follow and helps work on your form. For those with injuries, there are modifications. Great overall body workout, friendly staff, clean facility and they have childcare available. I would highly recommend Barre3 Plano and plan on bringing friends with me to try it out.
