BF WoW Class (WORKOUT of the WEEK)
 

You have asked for it and we have answsered!  BF WoW is now on Thursdays at 7:30pm!  Test your strength and stamina in our BF Wow class.  Can you finish each round without stopping?  Yes you can!  BF Wow now offered Tuesdays at 6AM, Thursdays at 7:30PM and Saturdays at 11AM.
