What a find! This Meadery is a gem that I happily found quite by accident. I didn''t know much about mead, but I didn''t think I liked it. I was so wrong. The staff was patient and friendly and after trying a couple flights of their creative different meads, I''m a convert. The venue is beautiful, the staff is welcoming and as a bonus they have a cauliflower pizza that''s delicious.

I met sommelier Toni at an event in Naperville and she was so patient and informative. Not being familiar with Mead she was so wonderful in explaining each wine as I tasted. It was a real shame that the event didn’t allow patrons to buy bottles because I would have! But Toni was able to tell me where to go to buy the wine, which I plan to (Binny’s Mead section and Whole Foods). The fantastic employees really have passion for the wine and are the greatest stewards of promoting your brand.

We visited Wild Blossom on Wednesday for the One Aim Illinois Event. I am now trying to talk my Director into allowing us to do an event at your location. We had a really great time, the space is amazing both indoor and outdoor. We will be calling soon.

The selections are great and flavorful. I appreciate the White Honey Sangria, I lean towards the sweeter things! The cauliflower pizza is great, even if the crust was burnt! They could have more productive workers in the day shift to balance a potential rush.
