Yury is the absolute best massage therapist Ive ever had. He really listens to where I am having pain and gives me tips on how to manage it between sessions. He keeps track of what we worked on before and even whats going on in my life that may be contributing to my pain and creates a long term plan for progressive improvement that WORKS!! 100/10 recommended!

Elements Massage Pinecrest is wonderful!!! It’s so relaxing and the staff are so friendly. I have Psoriatic arthritis and the stretching and special massage technique helps me a lot. I definitely recommend them!!! You have the option of purchasing a membership and they have sales regularly

I love the care at SALE5 massage. Illy is wonderful. My muscles were so tight around my neck and back that it was difficult to type or write. In 2 sessions I can actually sit and write without discomfort.
