I have been working as a physical therapist for over 20 years, and have experience in a variety of settings, including acute care hospitals, outpatient centers, and skilled nursing facilities. I have successfully treated all types of diagnoses, including neck and back pain, total joint replacements, foot and ankle disorders, balance dysfunction, and more.
I believe that when you seek a health care provider, it should be someone who listens to your problem and helps you to come up with solutions that fit your needs and lifestyle. Treatment should be one-on-one and personalized, and you should not feel like you are “just a number”. Ideally, you should work with the same therapist at each session so that you both can monitor your progress and make changes to your treatment plan as needed.
I decided to open North Penn Physical Therapy because I wanted to have an opportunity to be in charge of my own schedule, so that I could practice therapy the way that I wanted and still have time to spend with my children. In the end, it wound up being a win-win situation. Customers were happy with the amount of attention they received, and they enjoyed the relaxed, one on one atmosphere. Those with high deductibles or co-pays also remarked that they felt they were getting more attention for their money.
Over the last few years, we have been steadily growing through word of mouth and patient referrals, and were recently able to add an office in Blue Bell. We are always thrilled when a satisfied customer spreads the word about our services, because this is the highest compliment that anyone could ask for. I am hopeful that our office will continue to grow as we serve the Lansdale and Blue Bell communities.
