If you haven't heard the amazing news yet, BEACHFIT Training Studio is open for indoor sessions again! As of August 26th, we have resumed indoor training alongside our other forms of training.  We will continue to teach outdoors, weather permitting, and also virtual is here to stay! When you are booking out your sessions, please make sure you are singing up for the correct class. There are many options on the schedule so be mindful of which class your signing up for. If you have any questions about the schedule, don't hesitate to reach out to the studio. We are so excited to welcome back our family!

Essie started with us last summer taking Mike's Beach Boot Camp. She quickly converted to a studio member a few months later. Since January 2020, Essie has really stepped it up! She has consistently attended sessions whether it was getting in a virtual, outdoor session or hitting up BEACH Boot Camp. She is dedicated to her health and fitness journey and we are proud to have her as part of our BEACHFIT family! 

"All my life, I have been an avid gym goer, and have tried it all, from kick boxing, to soul cycle, to fitness classes, HIIT classes, etc. However, NOTHING has been more fun, challenging, innovative, has had so much variety, or has made my body stronger and the most fit it has EVER been. Within the first class, I felt like I was part of a part of a family; a community. I wanted to make sure that even though the summer was over, that I wouldn’t lose part of that. What also drew me in, and has kept me a member, are the results. My body has changed for the better. I am the fittest and most importantly, strongest I have ever been. I would say I have always “been in shape,” but would never conclude that I was “strong” or “fit.” If you want to get fit; on the beach, inside the studio, outside of the studio, virtually-live online, or watch the workouts on demand on your own time, all while having personalized feedback and attention, then BeachFIT is for you! There will be a cash prize and up to 3 chances to win! The three categories will be: muscle mass, visceral fat loss and body fat % loss. There are 3 weigh-in days and it is a cash only entry.
