Dear Souler Float Family,

We are glad to hear that so many of you are following the self-isolation and social distancing recommendations, in turn our appointment schedule for the next few weeks reflects that. 

Given the scale and speed of which this pandemic can take ahold within a city it is with a realistic but broken heart that Souler Float will temporarily close its doors until further notice.

For our Valued members, we will pause your membership and any due monthly membership fees until we re-open. Your existing membership floats will be extended by the amount of time we remain temporarily closed.

All pre-paid purchases and packages, are normally valid one year from the purchase date, these will be extended by the amount of time we remain closed.

We will honor all float and halo sessions that may expire during our temporary closure.

This is a unique circumstance so it is a challenge to predict when we will re-open at present, however we will re-open as soon as possible.

At this time, we would like to thank you all for your continued support, understanding and patience as we join the rest of this wonderful community in isolation.

Together we will overcome this challenging time and as a community we will return to normal life, stronger and with a refreshed appreciation for the importance of wellness and taking more time for ourselves.
