Hello Ladies & Gents, I hope you all are having a great day today. This reason for this email is to go over the the things discussed in last Saturdays meeting. I asked the crew what they would like to see more of out of BlazeFit. What are the things you like don't like and what would you like to add. You replied with the following: 1. Do Out of Gym Workouts Weekly or Monthly -Run The Mountain -Track Workout -Stadium Stair workouts at a Local High School 2. Include More Functional Training -TRX, Kettlebell, Tire, Agility 3. Do Quarterly Challenges -Team Competitions. Similar to our BlazeFit Olympics, just a little more often 4. Include More ROM Range of Motion Stretching 5. Stability and balance - Include more core/balance into workouts 6. Boxing -Include a puching back I will have a BlazeFit Staff meeting to go over these things to ensure we're all implementing your request. |
