I love my experience at bodycentre!! I have the 85min membership for $99 added on cupping for an extra $18. DANIEL was amazing and truly worked out my kinks and knots from months of workouts! He was able to work thru the pain areas and the cupping was a +++!! Great combo! I'd definitely book Daniel again.

I went in for the first time for a body scan and loved the environment and vibe of the place. I will certainly explore other services in the future. The staff is super welcoming, too! I greatly recommend it!

Lee has completely changed my life. I struggle with neck and pain pain and he has been able to diagnose the issue and actually takes time to heal the root problem. Lee is absolutely incredible and so is the rest of the welcoming and friendly staff. I am a forever client!

The only place I’ll go to for health and wellness in California! I was in today for my eye brows, which look fanastic, and the owner shared their newest additions. I've been coming here since the end of my second trimester. Sonia is a great massage therapist who understands my prenatal aches and pains. She takes care to ask at the beginning of every visit what is going on as to focus on the areas that need attention vs assuming what I need. I appreciate how friendly everyone there is and also the fresh baked goods at the end of each visit are amazing!

What a wonderful massage! Eddy helped me get my neck back! I woke up with a horrible kink in my neck and couldn’t turn left. Eddie was able to relax the muscles that were giving me trouble. The spa is so lovely! And the delicious chocolate chip cookie at the end made it experience even sweeter! Definitely will be back!

GREAT FIND!!! I was referred by a friend for EWOT and decided to come with my oldest daughter and son and was surprised to see all of the other treatment options available! This place is a gem. Mark was great and explained the EWOT in detail before my son started his session. He took his time cleaning the machine after we each used it and he gave us a full tour of the facility after. Can’t wait to come back and do more sessions and really see the benefits!

I love this place! The staff is amazing and they offer so many different treatments. My favorit is the sports massage with Daniel.

The best state of the art day spa and treatment and training center in OC. Daisy is phenomenal. One massage with her did more for my knee than a half dozen PT sessions at a premier clinic!

I got more relief from one session with Daisy than 6 weeks of physical therapy with the most established PT business in OC. She’s amazing and the overall experience is unbelievable!

Finally! A great day spa that’s right around the corner and offers one of the best massages I’ve ever had for a great price! And home-baked cookies afterwards?! Come on! Very friendly staff and friendly atmosphere all around! The only thing I’m concerned about is that they might become too popular and it will be more challenging to book a session. Definitely my new spot!

This is a hidden gem - everything about it - from the aesthetics when you walk in; check in, and of course, the facial…..it’s just relaxing (and very clean). Liana did my microdermabrasion facial and my skin looks and feels fantastic!

As a former massage therapist, it was wonderful to finally get a massage that I would recommend. Daniel has the knowledge and gift of a fabulous massage therapist. The prices here are too good to be true, which proves my "the best massage therapists aren''t the expensive ones" because they truly care about helping people. The people were friendly and the whole environment was lovely. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Lee is the best masseuse, and very knowledgeable. He makes getting a massage comfortable & he is good at finding all the knots/tension spots you may have. Don’t walk, run to see him cause he truly knows what he is doing! 5 stars for him and 5 stars for the overall experience at body centre.

First time ever getting my eyebrows done and Sylvanna was great! Will definitely be back for more esthetician services.
