A friend and I stopped in to use their molecular H2 inhalation machine (which is the best!) and met one of the owners, Mark. We had a lovely conversation with him and learned about his and wife’s passion to help others. I thoroughly enjoyed our visit and I highly recommend you check them out.

sonia gave me a deep tissue massage that was amazing. it’s like she knew exactly what pressure i needed and where. i also deeply appreciated (no pun intended) that it was quiet as she worked her way through all my knots.

I have traveled all over the country, and have been lucky enough to have visited some very incredible spas. But the facial I got today from Angie was at the top of the list. She made me feel so comfortable. I actually fell asleep during the procedure. I highly recommend her five stars I can’t wait to get another one thank you so much!

I had back surgery a few months ago and have been in a reasonable amount of pain. I started seeing Lee for deep tissue massages which have helped tremendously. He is very knowledgeable about the human body and tries to fix the root problem. My overall back pain is drastically lower after going ever month. Highly recommend!

Amazing massage by Daisy today! I got the neck shoulder and back massage and Daisy had the perfect pressure throughout and got muscles I didn’t even know existed. I’ll be back for sure.

So happy I finally took the time to pamper myself and get a facial. Angie was amazing. Made me feel comfortable the whole time and the end results were great. I did the microdermabrasion facial. I love my experience at bodycentre!! I have the 85min membership for $99 added on cupping for an extra $18. DANIEL was amazing and truly worked out my kinks and knots from months of workouts! He was able to work thru the pain areas and the cupping was a +++!! Great combo! I'd definitely book Daniel again.

Lee has completely changed my life. I struggle with neck and pain pain and he has been able to diagnose the issue and actually takes time to heal the root problem. Lee is absolutely incredible and so is the rest of the welcoming and friendly staff. I am a forever client!

I've been coming here since the end of my second trimester. Sonia is a great massage therapist who understands my prenatal aches and pains. She takes care to ask at the beginning of every visit what is going on as to focus on the areas that need attention vs assuming what I need. I appreciate how friendly everyone there is and also the fresh baked goods at the end of each visit are amazing!
