One hour of sound bathing using various healing instruments including singing bowls! These sessions do not include meditation, breath work, or yoga and are strictly sound! Barre & Core

Barre Body Workout - This class incorporates ballet-inspired strength exercises.

Barre Strength - You'll work your entire body in this Barre and strength-training class.  Expect the small pulsing movements you'll find in barre classes to tone and tighten arms, abs, glutes, quads and inside thighs as well as strength training moves such as squats, lunges, curls and more.

Core & More - Core & More is a 45-min Pilates-inspired class focused on strength building and toning using Pilates, barre and weightless exercises.  All fitness levels welcome to this fun and upbeat class!

Core/Strength Vinyasa - Vinyasa- style class incorporating sun salutations with core-strengthening exercises. Props and weights may used to strengthen the core and to enhance your yoga practice.

Functional Strength/Core - Basic strength-training for overall functional body strength and flexibility.  WORKOUT SHOES are strongly recommended for this class!

30-minute Full Body Blast - Expect to tone and strengthen your entire body in this 30-minute Core Blast class!  Options will be offered so that it's accessible for all fitness levels.

Bhakti Yoga -“Bhakti” is a sanskrit word that means devotion. It is the art of finding the spiritual energy that exists within all of us through movement and flows, yogic philosophy, meditation, and mantras. 

Vinyasa Yoga - Vinyasa classes link movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body, aligning a deliberate sequence of poses to achieve a continuous flow. 

Breathe & Roll  - Yamuna Body Rolling is a form of bodywork that involves using a soft, pliable ball that mimics the qualities of your body's muscle tissues. 

Candlelight Yoga - This 60-minute all-levels class will open the path toward inner calm and balance the mind and body. Our practice will close with restorative poses and a long, relaxing savasana.

Chair Yoga Single class - In this 60-minute gentle chair yoga class, Charlotte will guide you through a series of seated and standing chair yoga poses, adaptable for all bodies.  

Early Bird Yoga - Full body experience combining stretch and breath work with Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin poses.

Early Morning Summer Boot Camp - SINGLE CLASS - Get ready to tone your body, sweat and get some laughs in as well with this 45-minute early morning interval training class! It's a mix of bodyweight cardio exercises and strength training . 

Flow & Restore - This class offers a Yin/Yang type of approach, gently building a little heat through the first 40 minutes of class and ending with long and meditative stretches.FREE

Karma Yoga - Karma Yoga classes are available to the community at large (donations to the instructor are always appreciated but never required). They offer an opportunity for new and less experienced instructors to earn practicum time for their certification requirements. W

Gentle Friday Flow - Suitable for all levels of experience, this class allows both experienced and new participants to increase flexibility in their bodies, calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.

Restorative Yoga - Focus on quiet and meditative poses which are supported or reclined for up to 7 minutes each. 

Rubber Resistance Rx - Build strength throughout your entire body and decrease your risk of injury in this low-impact class strictly using resistance bands, tubes and mini balls!  

Tone/Balance/Stretch - Full-body exercises to improve balance and core stability while also toning and strengthening with the use of light hand-held weights, our own body weight and sometimes resistance bands and stability balls. 

Warrior Yoga/Strength Fusion - Yoga & Strength combined!  Join us for this low impact, high intensity class that incorporates yoga, strength training with  weights, cardio and stretching too!

Yin Yoga - Purposely slow practice focusing on lengthening poses in concert with a mindful breath to safely stretch the yin tissues.

Yoga for Backs & Bones - A gentle yoga class focusing on building back strength.

Yoga Stretch - Release your tense muscles, tendons and connective tissues through a series of static stretching postures and breathing exercises.

    Breathe has plenty of parking and a variety of classes. It’s very accessible and the classes are for all levels. I appreciate the unique classes and teachers that bring the Eastern practices of yoga. There is great policies for cancellation and have a points program.

    I absolutely love this place. There are classes everyday of the week at a variety of times, each teacher has their own style for class. Teachers and students show up to learn and grow together without judgement. I have been going there at least 3-4 days a week. It’s such a very welcoming yoga space for all. Great community! Highly recommended.

    This is a hidden gem of a Yoga studio. But it is more than just yoga. You can do Pilates, strength training, barre and other different classes all included in one membership!!! Usually, I had to pay separate memberships to have the class variety and here you only pay once and get a variety of classes! And the people are super nice and friendly. Find your own Breathe-ing space right here!

Breathe Body & Mind About Us Image

Welcome to Breathe Body & Mind, a place of wellness where community is both its essence and its priority. Breathe's mission is to be a homestead which fosters physical, mental, social and emotional well being, awareness, fitness, and balance to all who enter.

The majority of our classes are offered in our sunny and welcoming studio, while being streamed live online via Zoom. We also offer an extensive on-demand video library with over 200 of our classes for you to do at your convenience. You will find weekly classes offering yoga, Pilates, barre, stretch and strength training, as well as some hybrid classes. Classes are of varying intensities and taught by trained and certified professionals. You can learn more about our instructors here.

Try us out - as many classes as you'd like - 3 weeks for $30.  After that, you can stay on by using one of our many flexible membership options.  We also offer personal training and private lessons to help you work towards specific goals or sometimes to just help you get up and moving!

Our goal is to offer you a well-rounded mix of classes and workshops to benefit your mind and your body with focus on balance, stretching, core strength, flexibility, toning, aerobic conditioning and relaxation. This is your place to take care of you.
