Our cardio-kickboxing classes workout all your muscles as you perform different combinations and calisthenic motions.

The N Brunswick location is a clean, friendly and super fun establishment. Tho you are encouraged to only do what you can at your own pace, all of the instructors preform a safe, intense workout. From hitting the bag you select with punching (different weight capacity)and kicking combos, core isolation, to hand and barbell weights. All while listening to a music selection of their choice to entice an upbeat mood. There is a diversity of individuals from super experienced to beginners (such as myself), all ages and sizes. ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE is welcomed!! I don’t feel judged as some instructors take classes and some participants are advanced. I look forward to classes as I continue to complete my 16wk challenge, and also intend to make this type of exercise regimen a way of life to keep physically healthy and fit!
