Our mission at Cool It Cryotherapy and Massage has been to support people in being proactive and empowered with their health and wellness. We are continuing to monitor the recommendations by the WHO, CDC, State and local officials and taking actions to insure the health and protection of our clients and the public.
We are, as always, implementing our hygienic protocols to provide the best health supportive measures for our Cool It! client family. Be confident that we are taking extra measures to ensure all commonly used areas to be treated with virus managing strategies and protocols to limit the spread of COVID-19 by social distancing, hand washing, disinfecting surfaces, etc. We are asking that those (staff as well as customers) experiencing any symptoms of illness, cold, flu etc. reduce contact with the public and take actions to recover fully before risking others exposure.
At this moment we are continuing to offer sessions/treatments that support boosting immunity with whole body cryotherapy, therapeutic massage, and the infrared sauna.
-Studies conducted by Cedars-Sinai showed boosting of the immune system with 45 minutes of therapeutic massage.
-Sauna heat has been shown to support stronger immunity as well as fighting the spread of viruses.
