1.) How long have you been CrossFitting? About 3 months 2.)What was your driving factor for starting CrossFit? I was looking for a way to get to get in shape other that just working out in a regular gym. 3.) What changes will you make in 2019? Better nutrition 4.) What has been your biggest challenge you have had to face since joining CrossFit Pinnacle? Learning proper techniques and pushing past perceived mental limitations. 5.) What is your favorite WOD or movement? Bench day. 6.) What is your least favorite WOD or movement? Thrusters 7.) Why CrossFit Pinnacle? I had heard good things about the gym so decided to try it out. 8.) How has CrossFit Pinnacle impacted your life thus far? I feel great and have a lot more energy. I'm in better shape than I have been in a long time. 9.) What is one thing that you have learned inside of this gym that has helped you outside of the gym? Learning to push past limitations whether mental or physical. 10.) What advice would you give to others just starting out in CrossFit? It's simple - Just show up.

From the first day if felt very comfortable, everyone was very nice and friendly. The coaches are awesome and explain all the movements and techniques every time. I really appreciate the warm-ups before the workout and stretching after. It it a great gym with an incredible program. I truly look forward to it.
