Rachelle has been very thorough and accommodating. Had trouble getting a room in Seattle because of the World cup being played there that week. Rachelle was able to get us a room for a fraction of the going rate. Otherwise I had visions of sleeping at the airport the night before our cruise was to depart. Rachelle has been both efficient, and effective in all other matters.

Rachelle has been very accommodating. Just my bad luck to need a room in Seattle when the FIFA World Cup soccer tournament is going on. Rachelle was able to get me a room for a very reasonable price, which frankly, was a fraction of what the going rate is. Other matters have been handled efficiently, and effectively by her.
