What to expect: It's COLD, but it's so beneficial and we know your group will LOVE it!!! We will customize the cold settings to each individual's specific needs. All you nees is DRY undergarments for your safety. We will provide ALL other necessary cold gear needed for the session. Sessions last between 2-3 minutes and can reach max temperatures nearing -200°F!!! Sounds Crazy Right? It's AMAZING!
