Hello there and Happy Halloween! November is fast approaching, but let's not get ahead of ourselves. There's just a couple days left in October and we need to remind you about a few things and also give some shout outs! We have had an amazing month this October beginning with our Flex & Chill event with Camp Gladiator, which was awesome! After a killer workout in the parking lot, many participants opted to take a dip in the tank and #getfrosty. It has been great getting out to talk cryotherapy with the community. We welcomed and enjoyed Mercy Bassey & Laurianne Morse with Dream Team Realty coming through to film a quick segment highlighting CRY-X in the community. We were also thankful to have participated in the 2nd Annual Fight Cancer run/walk presented by Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel. Biko was there in great spirit to cheer on runners and hand out some swag. With all that has been going on, we are super excited to be stepping into the holiday season this November! |
