We hope this email finds you doing well as we all continue to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic. We would like to continue to openly and effective communicate with you on this topic as a member of our community.

We recently received news that one of our staff has tested positive for COVID. That person has not been in the facility once they started feeling minor symptoms last week, and we are certain it was contracted from someone outside of our location. We have remained proactive in our precautions and cleaning procedures so that situations like this are mitigated of risk and do not hinder your safety as a member.

We will continue our strict implementation of additional cleaning procedures and will ensure our facility is thoroughly sanitized prior to your return each day.

We are continuing to work closely with CDC guidelines and will take all the possible measures to ensure our members and staff are safe. We will also continue encouraging staff and members who have concerning symptoms to self-quarantine for 14 days and to contact local health authorities.

Lastly, we would like to once again remind members that are in high-risk categories, such as if they have diabetes, asthma, heart disease, etc, that they too should stay home.

We will continue to quickly and openly communicate with you. Rest assured that we are doing all we can to keep our facility clean and safe for all of you.
