At D1, our coaches and teams across all locations in the D1 Nation are committed to consistently sharpening how we deliver the best workouts, high-energy training experiences, and results to our athletes. That is why we are pumped to bring the new D1 Adult program to you!
We have been in the lab with our high performing coaches this past year compiling data and feedback on what has been driving the most success for our adult athletes. The culmination has been the creation of one comprehensive adult program that takes the best elements of bootcamp and strength training and combines them it into one highly effective and complete workout. No longer will you have to worry about splitting your workout time between bootcamp and strength. This program has already been getting amazing results and we can’t wait to share it with you!
We understand changes to your training regimen can be intimidating - but we also know we can always improve how we get results. And this is the best way we’ve seen yet!
We kept our D1 die-hards in mind during the creation of D1 Adult. For our athletes, who love the fast-paced conditioning circuits of bootcamp, we’ve got you covered! For our lovers of strength, we’ve got you covered! Our coaches are prepared to meet you where you are and ensure you’re always challenged and getting the best out of your workouts.
