We have received feedback from our current athletes and those interested in joining us that would be nice to have open times to come and workout in case you can't make one of our group scheduled workouts. Well we are happy to announce, for members only, that we offer 4 times each day of the week for open workouts. We still would like you to book a time so we know in advance that you are coming. We will not have a coach present always to direct you or answer questions but the workouts will be available on the boards. Let us know if have any questions! |
