Hey D1 Training - Cincy North Athletes! Starting on Monday(Sept 30), we will kick off our Test Out Week. For those who were not members for our first one we want to clarify what all it entails so everyone is on the same page. Test out week happens at the end of our 8 week cycle. It gives you the opportunity to show how much progress you have made since becoming a member or over the past 8 weeks. Since every athlete is different, some may take longer than others to hit their true max. All classes will run the same way, but the test out exercise will just be incorporated into the workout. Here is the schedule for each exercise you will be tested on for strength and bootcamp. Strength:
Monday: Squat
Tuesday: Bench Wednesday: Deadlift & 300m row Thursday: Squat (make up or retest) Friday: Bench (make up or retest) Saturday: Deadlift & 300m row (make up or retest) Bootcamp:
