Hey D1 Athlete! Test week is next week! Every 8 weeks we test our athletes to see what their one rep max is for bench, squat, and deadlift in our strength classes. For bootcamp, we will do a HIIT workout and test your ability over a series of movements.
This is not mandatory, if you choose to not max out then you will do the workout as usual. The schedule runs the same for the classes. After you hit your PR, make sure you either write it down on a sticky note with your name and PR or let the front desk person know. We are keeping track of your PR’s on the computer if you ever need to reference. Below is the test week schedule for each movement. Strength: Monday: Squat Tuesday: Bench Wednesday: Deadlift Thursday: Squat (retest or makeup) Friday: Bench (retest or makeup) Saturday: Deadlift ( retest or makeup)
