Wishing everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. Always a great time to remember and acknowledge all the things to be grateful for. For me it is my family, friends and wonderful team here a Derma Bright Clinic.

In September I hosted a women's workshop with Connie Pretula at VanDusen Gardens. We had a fabulous time and were really happy with the sense of community and sharing that took place. Highlight pics below!

My landlord, Cecil Hershler, is a native South African. He shared with me last week that he wrote a story which he turned into a script that is now a short film which will be screened at the South African Film Festival in Vancouver November 7 - 17th, 2024. His film, Shame, will be part of the Virtual Festival Short Package 2 and you can get tickets starting from $15. It will also support his and wife Ruth's charity, Education Without Borders, which is building schools in South Africa; they have 5 operating now. Cecil is also working with a BC First Nations group to create a Graphic Novel! Amazing work he and Ruth are doing!

EnRichHER Workshop Highlights

Connie and I held our EnRichHER women's workshop on Sunday, Sept 29/24 at VanDusen Gardens. It was a full day of learning, sharing, networking and community building. Really grateful for the chance to share our thoughts on topics related to health, abundance and overall wellbeing. 

Thank you to our Vendors who brought a special energy to the event. And congratulations to Pascale who won our Grand Prize!
