Welcome to Spring, my favourite time of the year!

There is always a sense of renewal and it is a great time to think about detoxing, fasting and generally reviewing our health practices and tweeking what may need it!

On this note, we will be hosting a Health is Wealth Open House on Thursday, April 10 from 5-8 pm. We will have featured speakers including:
