I recently completed VO2 Max and RMR tests at DexaFit Naples. I cannot be more pleased. I had previously tested my VO2 max at a university in Utah. I immediately noticed that the testing equipment that Dr. Perez uses was much sophisticated and provided visual instantaneous visual feedback during the VO2 max test. I think this is an important feature that helps one to put forth maximum effort. Following the tests, Dr. Perez spent a lot of time explaining my test results. He is fantastic.
