I still field questions by email ([email protected]), and I don't charge for that service, even if it sometimes takes me a little while to respond.

Because homeopathy requires so much detail, shorter, non-interactive forms of communication are just too time-consuming to be effective.

Oh! And did I mention I don't own a smartphone anymore? I have this awesome brick-sized cell phone that gets great reception and sounds terrific, but texting is a no-go.
