Please be mindful that students are on the waitlist. It is very important that you remember to cancel yourself out of classes that you are unable to attend.

We have updated our cancellation policy to make it even MORE CONVENIENT for you! 

Our class cancellation policy is now 3 hours in advance! Whoo-hoo!

What does this mean?: If you are signed up for a class that you can no longer make, you MUST cancel yourself out of the class at least 3 hours or more prior to the class start time to avoid penalty. 'Late Cancels' or No Shows will lose their session or be charged a $10 Late Cancel Fee. We kindly ask that even if we are within the late cancel timeframe that you still log on and cancel your session if you cannot make it. 

Waitlist Reminder: If you are on a waitlist, you could receive a notification up to 1 hour prior to the class start time. If you can no longer make the class, you must take yourself off the waitlist to avoid the potential of being added to the class. If you are added to the class after the 3 hour mark, late cancellation fees will apply.

• Sign up for classes 1 - 3 weeks in advance (unable to sign up due to next months membership not active yet? email us to help sign you up for a week or 2 of classes!)
  

• Get on waitlists! They do move a lot and you have a high chance of getting a spot in class (the more we follow our cancellation policies properly, the smoother this process will run!)
  

• Keep an eye out for last minute slots! Believe it or not, these are common!  Check the class schedule 1-2 hours prior to class and you may get lucky!

• Look for POP-UP classes! Yes, we are aware that the schedule just got busier. We are working to add pop-up classes to help with overflow! We know that the COVID capacity restrictions are frustrating, so we are doing our absolute best to add classes!

• Signing up with a friend and okay with sharing a pole?! Or on a waitlist and okay sharing the instructor pole?! If so, contact Amie (via studio phone or email) and let us know! We will add you to the class! (classes will still be restricted to a max of 10 people, and pole sharing will only be with students/instructors that feel comfortable with this. Each student will still have their own towel and cleaning supplies).

Friday 10/16 at 7:15pm - Intro to Flow with Amie (Learn the basics of Pole Flow and a short flow choreography!)
