• Due to switching to a full virtual schedule we will NOT automatically put any clients on freeze.
• If you would like to freeze your account for this 3 week period, you can do so free of charge by emailing [email protected]
• If you have an auto-pay membership, unfortunately MINDBODY will not allow you to sign up for any classes while on freeze. So you must keep your membership active in order to attend online classes. Luckily, we have plenty of online classes, so you can easily get the full value of your membership! 
• If you have a New Client Special, Package or Non Auto-Pay Unlimited Pass and you would like to extend your pass. Please email [email protected]. All passes will be extended for 3 weeks (or the full amount of time of this 2nd closure).
• If you would like to use your pass for online classes, than you will not be able to also extend your pass. 
• If you have a class package you will need to purchase an Online Package to attend online classes. This is because we have a different pricing structure for online classes. That being said, if you would like to exchange some of your passes for online classes, just let us know!
• Refunds are not available, but we always offer studio credit! 
• If you purchased a 1 Month for $50 New Client Special and have NOT used any classes yet. Then you do NOT need to contact us. Your pass will remain active and be waiting for you when you are ready to start classes! On the day of your first class, your expiration date will automatically re-adjust to be 1 month from your first class!
• We will still be availble for Privates and Studio Rental (discounted!). So if you would like to schedule a private or rental, or exchange your membership dues for these. Please email [email protected]
• If the shut down gets extended (let's pray not), than we will extend all passes again!
