🔥 ALL NEW CLASS - Pilates Sculpt 🔥 Thursdays starting July 1 6:15pm-6:55pm Pilates Sculpt will provide you a full body workout with minimal impact or cardio, but…you WILL sweat 💦. Focusing on developing core strength, the majority of time will be spent on your mat and will be carried out at a slow and controlled tempo. There are modification options available for all movements to increase AND decrease level of difficulty throughout as well as a variety of small Pilates props to be included as familiarity of movements increases. The benefits of Pilates include, but are surely not limited to, increased stamina, strength and flexibility. This is a challenging practice that is suitable for all skill levels.
