No Excuses November!

How will you stay healthy over these next few months? With the cold weather fast approaching are you making a plan to stay active? Have you decided how you are going to get your workouts in? Have you given in to all the excuses for not getting your workouts in?

Ask yourself, what is most important to me? Whether its your health, feeling good in your clothes, running after kids, having energy to keep up with your friends or whatever else you want in life, remember you have options!

Outdoor sessions are here to stay - tent covering an all! Not ready to come back to the studio yet? Virtual is here to stay too! Feel like you can't commit to virtual? Talk to your coach, come up with a plan and stay ahead of the excuses!

We know this is not easy for anyone, but we must learn to adapt and change, to keep moving forward and not let our health take a backseat. It's time to find our new normal. So what will you decide? Will you let the current circumstances take a hold of your life or will you take a stand, get your BEACHFIT gear on, and push ahead living your best healthiest lives?

WOW! It was a tough one. I mean, with everything going on in the world you would think we couldn't stay the course and stick to our health plan, right? WRONG?

These BEACHFITers kicked butt and put themselves first and they have the results (and cash) to prove it!

Congratulations to Kathryn Durdaller! She rocked her October coming 30 days in a row! WOW! No matter what challenges stand in her way she makes it work! Read her story below:

"I started working out at BeachFIT during the lockdown because they offered the outdoor classes. I was so happy to once again have the camaraderie that comes with group fitness and it helped me get back to my pre-lockdown weight and muscle tone. Once the indoor classes started I really understood why BeachFIT was the perfect gym for me. They are able to teach TRX workouts along with body weight exercises for a perfect complete workout with strength and conditioning combined. Working full time as an ER nurse and raising four kids it’s tough to always fit in a workout, but BeachFIT has so many classes a day that I can always fit it into my busy schedule. The coaches are amazing, and they all put their own unique spin on the workouts and give a lot of individualized attention. Thanks to BeachFIT I’m in the best shape ever!" - Kathy
