Empower Martial Arts is a place where pre-school kids grow their self-confidence and can come to learn martial arts in a safe and stress free environment designed for children. At Empower Martial Arts the focus is on valuable pre-school lessons such as confidence, courtesy, respect and self-discipline. Children develop these life skills and they can be used outside of the class at home and in school. Teachers will see a difference! Social skills, communication, and awareness are all highly valued traits in society and are a large part of pre-school martial arts programs.
From Respect to Self-Discipline Empower Martial Arts brings the fundamental parts of the curriculum of any martial arts program designed for pre-school children. Students training at our Wichita, KS school are taught to respect one another as well as the teachers, parents, and instructors. We mentor our team of instructors and students, and truly believe in strengthening the mind and body as a part of karate for kids within the youth of the community.
With a strong focus on concentration and awareness, instructors are preparing a karate kid for their school years. Teachers and parents see it as necessary in the classroom at children’s schools, at home and in social settings. Consider memorization – Empower Martial Arts classes teach students to memorize the form or technique and quality, within the martial arts. This helps children learn the memorization skills essential for school academics, as well as preparing them to be a well rounded student in the near future.

In our Martial Arts for Teens and Adults classes, the students will learn real life practical applications, as well as a system to help them manage the stress that comes along with life’s the daily challenges. Welcome to our Empower Martial Arts website. We appreciate your interest in us and look forward to empowering you to achieve your goals! EMA is Wichita’s most professional martial arts studio. EMA offers pre-school, elementary aged karate for kids classes, teen, and adult classes as well as family programs. We offer classes in the Krav Maga training, which is self-defense training that takes self-protection to a higher level.
Classes are instructed by Certified Black Belts that have hundreds of hours of training plus specialized instruction in the most up to date teaching curriculum available in martial arts.
