Sound Balancing
Tuning Fork Therapy is a gentle acoustic therapy that uses sound waves produced by tuning forks to re-tune us mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. A tuning fork is an instrument designed to precisely emit a single frequency or a pure sound.These sessions are excellent for specific ailments, to increase general well-being, to become more aware of held energetic patternsn and to clear energy blockages both in the body and in the energetic field.
During the session you will rest on a massage table fully clothed. Biofield Tuning occurs in the area several feet around the body. Occasionally the tuning forks are placed on the body directly.
It may take up to a few days to integrating and assimilating the work we do together and it is common to have varying responses to the sound therapy.
Sessions are offered in 30, 60, 90 minute increments.

Thai Yoga Stretching
Our Thai Yoga massage takes care of your body in a unique and special way. We use yoga postures and gentle stretching to relax the muscles while applying pressure on specific energy points along the meridian lines. Feel refreshed as circulation increases throughout you - we'll help unblock and disperse any accumulated energy leaving you balanced for days!
This massage is performed fully clothed on a massage table or on the floor. Sessions on the table are recommended for athletes or for people who prefer to not be on the floor.
Sessions are offered in 45, 60 & 75 minute increments.
