2018 Was a GREAT year for F45 Greatwood.  So many stories of life change have inspired us.  We have seen so many different fitness levels through the studio this year and to see you all reach new goals been so fulfilling.  The best part is how you encourage each other.  Our motto of TEAM TRAINING IS LIFE CHANGING has been the fuel that keeps so many of you on this journery. 

For those of you that haven't tried us yet, there is nothing to loose.  Seriously.  Come in for a week of classes, no risk.  Plus you can come to unlimited classes during your trial!  DONT WAIT!
