Yes! We miss you too.....Isolation has never been more sweater 😅....We are mixing it up and introducting Daily LIVE workouts to our F45Live members with your F45 Pasadena coaches.

Starting tomorrow 15 April, we will be sweating it out with our F45Live active members. So dont forget to sign up for your classes as per normal via the Mindbody or F45 Training App and we will send you the link to the Zoom for your access.
