Our workouts and taught by two certified personal trainers who are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. All classes (except Saturday) are 45 minutes, designed to be part of your lifestyle and removing the time excuse.

The breakdown of the week is:

Mon/ Weds: Cardio
Tues/ Thurs/ Sun: Strength
Fri/ Sat: Hybrid (cardio and resistance)

It is set up this way so that you can come multiple times a week without overtraining, and work with trainers who know who you are and what you've already done this week. We help you choose the frequency based on your goals and always hold you accountable to showing up :)

Feeling Nervous to Workout?

This is not a regular group fitness class. We find out about your goals, we listen to you and your injuries, and we modify so that you can get the most of it. Just because the person beside you is doing pull ups, doesn't mean we are forcing you to. 

It is 100% normal to feel nervous before joining a gym or trying something new. We are here to support you through that process and make sure you are on your way towards your goals.
