Some of the coaches don't quite have the energy for the intense workouts. like they just rolled out of bed. Especially on cardio day, could use a bit more hype to motivate us to keep going. others it's a social hour

Absolutely love F45!! This place has made me love going to the gym and hold me accountable! The workouts are amazing; hard, but fair! You can do any workout at your own skill level and you never have to worry about what workouts to do since the entire class is set up ready to go for you!

This is a very well run studio. Friendly and knowledgeable coaches, very clean and comfortable, and always that classic F45 workout. I highly recommend F45 Heath.
