The year has flown by, and we could not be more grateful for your friendship and support over the last 12 months! On July 6th we will be celebrating both our first year in Markham AND all the hard work, dedication, and, of course, great results from Challenge 22! We will also be recognizing our 100, 200, and even 300 visit members, so be sure to be there! In true F45 Markham spirit, we'll be having some fun and doing some bowling in Richmond Hill! When: 8pm-? Also, be sure to book in for our Hollywood sessions on July 6th, as we'll be having prizes, giveaways, and snacks from various venders, including Lululemon, Bulldog, and more!
