I hadn't worked out since April 2020 and I gained some weight so my sister urged me to go with her. I had the best time! The workout was challenging but so rewarding. The staff and owners are great people, they're so friendly and genuinely want you to succeed in reaching your goal. It was a great way to get back into it and I can't wait to go again. I highly recommend it.

Great workout for all groups of muscles. Challenges your body at the different levels so you never get bored and tone your muscles at the same time. Studio is clean and instructors are great. Will be back soon😊

Every time you walk in for a class, there is a completely different set of exercises, so it’s rarely repetitive. The Trainers are an exceptionally welcoming and motivating team right from the day you walk in, they encourage folks across all fitness levels right from the beginners to the experts! The sense of community at this studio is great and everyone who is around is a smiling fitness warrior! Highly recommend this studio to anyone who is wanting to embark on or elevate their fitness journey.

To say that the staff at F45 North York are amazing would be an understatement. They are helpful, motivational and fun. They make me want to come back for another workout. I always leave feeling better than I did when I came in, whether it be physical or mental. The workout can be geared towards any fitness level and is always challenging and rewarding.
