Amazing welcome followed by clear instructions and an incredible vibe! Everyone was pumped to be there and the gym was increasingly cleaned and everyone was so diligent in cleaning everything at every station. Looking forward to more workouts with the incredible team!

Best fitness studio in PHX. Been doing traditional strength training and cardio for years; 8 months at this studio has gotten me in the best shape of my 30s.
