I was intimidated at first about joining this type of gym but I was so wrong! It’s a great atmosphere with great trainers! Definitely worth at least trying it out. You’ll walk away pretty sweaty and if not, it’s your own fault.

It was tough but I did at least 2 of each rep in each category except 1 I opted for pushups. I’m 56 and will be sore, age is no excuse!
