Dear , We are so excited to announce we will be reopening as per the Ontario government guidelines on Saturday July 18th! The 45 minutes we spend in the studio together are so important for our physical and mental health, and we’ve missed every single one of you! If you were a member prior to our closure please reply back to this email and we will get you started on your membership. You will be able to start booking classes Friday!!

We are thrilled to welcome our F45’ers back, but it’s extremely important to note that there are several restrictions and requirements we must follow upon re-opening. To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will be making the following changes:
- Entering the studio:
- Do NOT enter the studio until a trainer/owner has given you the go ahead. Please leave belongings at home/in car as we will not have any space for them. Use hand sanitizer at the door.
- Adhere to social distancing requirements for the entire duration of time spent in the studio, including before and after class.
- Please bring your own water bottle for use during class.
- Checking in:
- Please let the trainer know you are there so they can check you in. It is very important that you do this so you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
- You must have a towel with you at your station during class.
- If you have been sick in any way, have been around someone who is, please do your part and do not come to class. It’s of the utmost importance to be considerate of others and avoid anything that would put anyone at risk. We will pause your membership for 14 days at no charge.
- Cancellation Policy – We will have reduced numbers in our classes so are now implementing a 12 hour cancellation window for ALL classes, we want everyone to get into their class of choice so please think of your fellow members and take yourself out of the class. There will be a $15 fee should you not adhere to this.
- The above changes will help us stay committed to a healthy and safe community. We will continue to monitor both local and federal government information, and will update you should anything change.
